EFFECTS OF A GENUINE SMILE
Regards to my elders
Greetings ladies and gentlemen
Aloha friends, I have said this almost every time posting an article from the book ‘How to win friends and influence people’. But I will say it again. Here are some ideas from Dale Carnegie’s book ‘ How to win friends and influence People’. My proper acknowledgements to Dale Carnegie. EFFECTS OF A GENUINE SMILE.
THE SIMPLEST WAY TO MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION
We can’t resist smiling back when a three year old smiles at us, can’t help but grin when a dog shows interest in us. These things usually does make a youth smile even if it doesn’t, we do have to pass a smile when a girl of our age smiles at us. The last example is sure to explain this bit. ‘”Actions speak louder than words”, Lincoln once said. He must have known that a genuine smile at your face make you look friendly(genuine smile: I don’t want my readers to think about Heath Ledgers as the Joker). A genuine smile tells the other person that your are glad that you met him. Any leading marketing company owner would require a man who knows more about marketing but he will require much more a person who is able to deal with people, is able to make a good impression on others.
WANT TO MAKE GOOD INFLUENCE ON OTHERS THEN READ: HOW TO ENSURE YOU ARE WELCOME EVERYWHERE.
Mr Dale says that if you want to have good time with other people you have to make sure they have good time meeting you and that can happen only with a good first impression. A firm handshake and a hearty smile in a business talk can ensure you have a good meeting. If you are new at an office and want to establish friendship with your other colleagues, approaching and greeting with a smile will instantly help. You will see other people coming up to meet you. Mr Dale says ,what if you can’t smile, when alone you have to try it, try to hum a song. Personal suggestion, just stand in front of a mirror and look how your sullen face looks to others. You might even get afraid of your self as well. See the difference between a genuine and a false smile…lol
Smile is the messenger of your good will, your good heartedness. Your smile may be like a sun bursting from clouds for others. Your smile can be everlasting and unforgettable for others. You have to smile even if the other is not for nobody needs a smile so much as those who have none left to give. Then why not share it?
I will end here. My proper acknowledgements to Dale Carnegie and Pocket Book International.
ok bye… I hope I continue in future.
