Greetings ladies and gentlemen
Aloha friends. Today I am gonna tell you ways to build a positive attitude. This ain’t just gonna work by reading this post. But I assure, if applied and imbibed in yourself, this will sure help you for the rest of your life. WAYS TO BUILD A POSITIVE ATTITUDE here I go.
STEPS TO ATTITUDE CHANGE
1.Start looking for the best in everyone. Become a seeker of good. Criticizers will try to stop you but you have to move forward. Criticizers are like a flu and they make the environment receptive to negative results. For them it does not matter how much effort is done in making something. They don’t believe in hard work, they think why to take risk? Don’t worry about the fault finders. Most people find what they are looking for.
Shiv Khera says,” Pessimists feel bad when they feel good, for fear they will feel worse when they feel better.”
2. Learn the art of doing it now. Don’t delay anything which can be done today rather done tomorrow. A completed task is more satisfying than an incomplete task. An incomplete task drains energy.
Some body says, ” I’ll do this thing one of these days”, you can be sure it is none of these days.
3.Be happy about the things you have. Don’t worry about half the cake gone, be happy about half the cake you have.
4.We are in the need of a continuous education program. Do we really get all the stuff we require in life after we have completed school and college. Do we even get properly educated in schools? We all know that education which influences the heart is more important than education which influences the head. Human resource is so valued in companies that people are ready to hire those with sufficient qualification but superb value based education/how to handle people than those with excellent qualifications but not so good value based education. If you have honesty, compassion, courage,persistence, and responsibility you already have a bright future.
Shiv Khera says,” Knowledge is piling up facts, Wisdom is simplifying it.”
5.Build a positive self esteem. Self esteem is what we feel about our self. To feel pride of your abilities. How we feel from within brings a change in ourselves, effects our attitudes. According to Mr Khera, one of the fastest way to build self esteem is to do something for those who cannot repay you in cash or money. True, whenever providing food to a beggar, helping any animal instantly makes me feel better.

6.Learn to say NO. Stay away from negative influences. Whenever people succeed in life, some people try to pull them down. Avoid negative people because to fight them you will have to go down to their levels and that is all they want. You are judged by the company you keep,correct, but you are also judged by the company you avoid.
7.First do those things which you love. Your efficiency will improve. And become so efficient in others that you starting loving even those which you hate to do but are necessary.
8. Last and the most important. Start your day with something positive. Doing whatever you like in the start of the morning will set the tone for the rest of the day. Our subconscious mind, after a good night’s sleep, after doing something positive will put us in the frame of a positive day.
